2009 Camp Information
Bloomington North Boy's Basketball
will be offering three basketball camps.
Please look for grades camper will enter into in the fall.
Elementary Camp
For: Grades 3rd - 6th
Dates: Monday and Tuesday, May 11th & 12th
Times: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Cost: $20.00

Middle School Camp
For: Grades 7th - 8th
Dates: Monday - Thursday, May 18th - 21st
Times: 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Cost: $40.00

Freshmen Camp
For: 9th Grade
Dates: Monday - Thursday, May 11th - 14th
Times: 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Cost: $40.00

 *Camp cost includes a Bloomington North Basketball T-shirt.
Location: Both gyms at BHSN will be used.
Camp Directors: The Bloomington High School North Basketball Staff and current players will direct the camps.
Camp Descriptions:
Elementary Camp: This camp for incoming 3rd - 6th grade players will focus on skill development and the establishment of good fundamentals that will prepare them to be sound basketball players in the future. Items of focus will include defense, shooting, ball handling, and passing techniques.
Middle School Camp: This camp for incoming 7th and 8th grade players will focus on fundamental development, team offense, and team defense, which will better prepare each player for Middle School basketball.
Freshmen Camp: This camp will focus on individual skill development through actual varsity drills. The players will also run North's offenses and defenses, which will better prepare each player for the high school level. Top players will be selected to compete in the North travel team which practices and plays in the month of June.
